If I am not mistaken, this is probably caused by the same issue as presented in this thread.
It seems to be caused by udisks probing for non-existent Floppy drive(s), and just timing-out. Upstream says it'll be fixed in the next release, and for now, you can just apply this patch.

Nevermind about the above, actually. Seems it's been resolved.
But it also like there's been a few updates on this bug since someone last linked it in this thread. Namely, a link to this Gnome bug report, which has a proposed fix that seems to be working for people.
Dunno if that's been fixed in your repos as well, but the bug's status is currently set to Assigned, so I'll assume it hasn't.
