Re: Firefox-kde-opensuse

Try this:
xprop -root | grep KDE_FULL_SESSION

if you get:
KDE_FULL_SESSION(STRING) = "true"

then I have no idea..

Re: Firefox-kde-opensuse

I just noticed that I do not have a "gtk styles and fonts" option in System Settings -> appearance.  Anybody know which package provides this configuration option?

Thanks,

Re: Firefox-kde-opensuse

Seems gtk-kde4.

But I always use package lxappearance to change gtk style.

Re: Firefox-kde-opensuse

I also installed the Suse Firefox integration, and sadly I am disappointed. The single most awaited feature I was waiting for, was opening links with KDE associated applications. For example I open AUR tarballs with Ark. This completely fails in this patched version of Firefox, as Ark shows the gz file instead of the contents of it. I think it has to do something with the question "should net-aware KDE applications get the URL or should Firefox download first? " line on the webpage.
But its great to have kde file dialogs, and correct mailto links.
All in all, I returned to normal Firefox, and try to use Konqueror more.

Re: Firefox-kde-opensuse

Same here, the gui freezes for a short time every time I visit a new page, especially with javascript.
