Beautiful desktop, nycko!
How did you get that messaging indicator to work? Which package did you install? How did you put it to the panel?

It's Xubuntu (I know, I'm a lazy guy). I think that most of what you see on screens can be done in Arch. Message indicator, from what I see in repos and AUR, should work... I'll try to post some screens from Arch at the end of this week. Anyway, here's link to AUR http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=54556

Yes, I found it, but for some reason after installing it it's not listed in Xfapplet. Not sure why.

What Launcher and Terminal is that?

Really like these Faenza icons, best I've seen on linux so far (to me), where did they come from?
Xfce theme is dusk and most things are nice except in firefox on google and some other pages I get white font on white background, which is damn annoying, any ideas on how to get that working without messing other colors?
Usually I have this on a 14" widescreen thinkpad, for which moving the panel to the side worked well, because it doesn't feel like it takes so much space compared to when it's in the bottom.
edit. white fonts on white background in input-fields, that is..

transparency - you mean menus? it's a standard xfwm4 with about 10% transparency enabled in settings manager (window manager tweaks -> compositor tab ->opacity of popup windows)

Gvolwheel and Network Manager won't do justice to the theme. Any ideas?

Looks like your not using a compositor. Turn on compositing in the Window Manager Tweaks pane of the Settings Manager or try something like xcompmgr or compton-git in the AUR.

@Rocket Lawnchair I noticed that too. I want to run a basic power saving setup for a while as my system is one of those poor laptops that suffer from kernel regression. I might use it later, though. Thanks.
I meant that's why the icons aren't integrated with the color of the status bar. It's because it's a gradient/background and you need to have compositing turned on for it to display correctly. Or I probably misunderstood and you know what I meant.
