Cool desktop wallpaper you have :) ( I made it :P )
But anyways here is my kind of newb desktop (and my first post to this forum):
Theme is "Elegant Mine" and icons are AwOkenWhite.
Still tweaking around with the overall look and feel.

Are you running Emerald as your WM? I've never seen an XFWM4 window title that had transparency like that.
Great desktop shots BTW. They are my favorite so far on this thread!

Trying out docky and loving it!
Wanted an Arch logo that would open up the XFCE menu. To get rid of the docky menu, (you can still get to the settings by right-clicking on the left-hand side of the dock) install gconf-editor and uncheck the box at apps->docky-2->Docky->Items->DockyItem->ShowDockyItem. Then I just added a custom desktop entry.
[Desktop Entry]
Name=ArchMenu
Comment=Open xfce menu and have an Arch Icon
Exec=xfce4-popup-applicationsmenu -p
Icon=/usr/share/archlinux/icons/archlinux-icon-crystal-128.svg
Type=Application
Terminal=false
