Indeed it is AwOken icon set.
You can customize it as well from the script it has under /usr/share/icons/AwOken/.

Apps on display are midori, thunar and deadbeef. GTK+ theme is Zukiwi, Xfwm theme is Kokodi and icons are Faenza Cupertino. Font is droid sans.

The Arch-Ace-of-Spades was done with a combination of clipart and the available logo though gimp then converted with jp2a and touched up to bring it out more...
