I am from Hong Kong. Although I am on the forum for a few months, this is the first time I post.
I am lucky enough to get the best of both worlds, Chinese and English community. Arch linux is really light and well supported in English community.
(I am sorry that I really suck at typing Chinese character.)

但我真的很喜欢arch
很棒的版本
我也是从ubuntu上转过来的
我的英文不是很好
对于开发我也不懂
arch的中文支持还是不怎么好的
比如liferea，在ubuntu上的1.7版汉化已经很好了，可在arch上还是………………
喜欢arch
真的喜欢就要放弃些什么那样才值啊！！！！！

你喜歡也可以直接拿deb包來裝
PKGBUILD大概一兩分鐘就搞定了
要不然AUR也有1.7.4, 1.7.5

如果能把码表转过去倒是值得一试。有空看看 ibus 的码表去。

英语再好也有些问题没能解决，比如我用 slim 作登录器，gnome-keyring 就得手动解锁。
这个麻烦终于解决了—— https://live.gnome.org/GnomeKeyring/Pam 。需要删除其它密钥环，然后会在 ~/.gnome2/keyrings 下生成 login 密钥环。

我也是从ubuntu转向arch的，然后就再没换了

不要试图让Arch Linux在中国或者任何其他地方流行。很大一部分人所需要的是能够直接用于工作或娱乐的开箱即用的操作系统，而开箱即用在很大程度上和Arch Way是相悖的。我认为，我们更应该做的是，让现有的Arch Linux变得更好。这样，那些原本就喜欢Arch Way的人就会看到并靠拢过来。而我们，和这些新来的同伴，便能把Arch Linux做得更好，并且越来越好。所以，不要让Arch Linux变得更糟。
I hope you guys do not try to make Arch Linux pop in China or any other areas. What a lot of people need is a "out of the box" OS making it easy to use for work or fun. Arch Linux is not the one they want, the Arch Way having blocked them.
Arch Linux is what I make it, and why I make it is just for fun. What we need to do, I think, is to make Arch Linux better. Then, Who also like Arch Way will see that and be attracted to Arch Linux, and we, with those new peers, will make Arch Linux ever better.
So, do not do that to make Arch Linux worse.

最近第一次用了ArchLinux。。之前用过几次ArchBang，但是当时感觉ArchBang还不是很爽。
现在觉得ArchLinux才爽啊。越用越喜欢啊！！！！
