I switched from BMPanel to tint2, just because BMPanel felt kinda quirky. I ported my BMPanel theme and I must say that tint2 is way better.

Ok, so above htop is w3m, I'm almost 100% sure since I use it everyday. There are a lot of text browsers out there, though, so I could be worng. w3m has image support now-a-days if you have imlib2 installed and don't disable it during w3m config. The graphics flickered and re-displayed each time I scrolled though so I ended up disabling it. Just my experience though.
