Desktop (clean):
tMzVxZQ
Desktop (with stuff):
tMzVxZg
Firefox (clean):
tMzVxZw
Firefox (some tabs):
tMzVxaA
(yes, this is how my firefox looks like)

WM is Fluxbox with the Royalty theme. Gtk theme is NOX (now called Ecstatica). Conky is easy, so I wont go into details (bottom font DejaVu Sans Mono, top - dejavu serif/Georgia).
I use Rox-Filer, which also gives me a desktop. The two icons in the bottom corners are from it. (One is the home folder, the other is  python menu with stuff I often use). The icon set is Token Light (there is also Token Dark which is cool as well).
VIM colorscheme is vibrantink.
The torrent client is Transmission with a small modification to the toolbar (and removed menubar). There is a conky which displays torrents from transmission. It is a python script I created. It is very flexible - templating, coloring, etc. I will release it after I finish my website (end of january, i guess?)
Firefox looks like this because of vimperator (with the _libly.js and maine_coon.js plugins) plus some modifications to userChrome (http://pastebin.com/m1793dbff (also removes some menu-items)).
On top there are 3(!) more conkies, and the prev-pause-next buttons are again from rox-filer, but they only appear when mpd is playing.
Wallpaper: file is called "Shape Clouds.png", but I can't find the source.

I've seen young people waste their time reading books about sensitive vampires. It's kinda sad. But you say it's not the end of the world... Well, maybe it is!

http://pastebin.com/m21a7b2e0
pacman.sh - bash wrapper for common pacman operations - syncTree, syncAbs, checkForUpdates, updateWorld. I use this to cron syncs. There is a file called "count" that contains the number of available packages for upgrading - you can cat it in conky.
http://pastebin.com/m6881b4b6
pacman_gui.py - python gui that uses the pacman.sh wrapper. You need to adjust some paths.

It's the Nitrogen style (AUR), with the border size set to "no border".

GTK: Black and White
Wallpaper: Take Two from customize.org
Openbox theme: Moka
Panel: tint2 (by Roline - modified)
Monitor: conky

Running programs: gmrun, sonata, thunar

OT: Is anybody able to get your window maximized over tint2?

EDIT: Fixed thumbnails..
