I prefer

set editor="urxvt -name URxvt.shiva -e vim -f -c ':set ft=perl'"

Re: May 2010 Screenshots

Allan is there any reason why to keep these old screenshot threads open?

Leaving this open is just asking for redundant posts in the wrong month.

Re: May 2010 Screenshots

I suppose there might be questions for the screenshots/configs in old months' threads. Makes sense to let the thread open instead of putting the question in a new thread and backreference.
Although maybe those questions can also be asked in a pm..

I did have the questions in mind and here is what I thought.

If users needed to request wallpapers, configs, etc, in this thread, they could request it in the current screenshots thread by giving the URL from clicking or referencing the post date link on top of the desired post. Emailing like you said is another direct approach and it's probably the best one, since very few users will likely visit here, because there is little incentive to come back to view requests/questions.

Re: May 2010 Screenshots

Yea true i suppose. Probably not many people look into the old threads.
