I've been having this problem for a while, but I'm only really caring now because I'm doing some work with websites.
The Microsoft fonts (ttf-ms-fonts) are smaller, given the same point size, than just about any other fonts available (DejaVu, for example). I think this has something to do with DPI and the differences between Windows and Linux font rendering systems. Is there a way using fonts.conf, or something similar, to increase the size of these fonts any time they are rendered?
Sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find anything. Thanks for any help!
