Hello.
A few days ago I did a complete upgrade, and after breaking my X (fixed installing some missing libs from AUR), I still have a little problem with gnome-shell icons.
I thought maybe the icons package I was using broke, but it's not the case. I've tried different icon themes, gtk themes, gnome-shell themes, etc with gnome-tweak-tool but with everyone I am missing most of the icons.
Here's a screenshot so you can see what I mean.

The icon you can see is an extension, but the icons for sound, accessibility and other extensions are missing.
In the tray area, I see the dropbox icon, but I can't see icons like transmission or hotot.
Any ideas? I don't care if I have to go back to the original themes and icons, but I don't know how to do it, since selecting them from gnome-tweak-tool doesn't work. I guess I sould delete some config folders or something?...
Thanks!

I installed gtk-update-icon-cache instead of gtk-update-icon-cache-ubuntu, ran gtk-update-icon-cache, installed gtk-update-icon-cache-ubuntu again, ran gtk-update-icon-cache again - I got my icons back.

reinstall librsvg
Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.

Oh, yeah, I reinstalled librsvg too. Maybe that did it.

Sorry, I'm still a noob, I must be missing something:
Reinstalled libsvg (yaourt -S libsvg)
Restarted gnome-shell with Alt-F2 : "r" and no change.
yaourt -Ss gtk-update-icon-cache
extra/gtk-update-icon-cache 2.24.10-1 [installed]
The GTK+ update icon cache tool
I reinstall it with yaourt -S gtk-update-icon-cache
Then run gtk-update-icon-cache, restart gnome-shell, no change.
Then run sudo gtk-update-icon-cache, restart gnome-shell, still no change... :``(

Some very basic icons are missing, for example the ones next to search boxes and search button in nautilus:

The solution was running:
sudo /usr/bin/gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders --update-cache
and restarting gnome-shell
