wierd but true kde with a full gnome install as well. I just like to use kde and there are certain gnome programs that I like as well.

maybe you could try to take on that responsibility then..?
i've been using dwm for a couple months now, i guess, and am very happy. i'm thinking about trying xmonad, but i'm not sure that it really offers anything special (that applies to me) that dwm doesn't. also i'm being lazy about installing all that haskell stuff..
I've seen young people waste their time reading books about sensitive vampires. It's kinda sad. But you say it's not the end of the world... Well, maybe it is!

I used to be only KDE due to me using multiple-monitors, however now that I've switched to a single widescreen, back to Gnome and loving it. I do miss a couple things about Kde, but it's alright. Btw: Kdemod rules, and I'm looking forward to Kde4

28 inch monitor @ 1920x1200 + Gnome = Happiness
And the fact that I need bifocals has nothing to do with me needing a big monitor.

I posted a link to the PKGBUILD I'm using here. I don't know how you could put up with the version in the repos, I found it quite usable.

Ion3. Perhaps better than other tiling tabbed WM's since it has a mode to behave like regular WM.
