i have a strange docker error

im using docker-compose i have a strange docker error, i have multiple docker containers all have postgres in them all of which ive purged and all but one i can load up and run a drop, ive tried this with hundreds of containers now, over 8 hrs, yet one and only one says the db is being accessed, and refuses to drop the table saying theres connected sessions. ive done a select and there is no sessions connected, im wondering is this a filesystem error regarding this one db, ive even renamed the docker container and it still has an error what do i do as im pulling my hair out now, this has only happened once before in the 5 yrs ive had this machine. fsck shows no error journalctl shows everything is fine, and its only 1 container, anyone dealt with this???
