Look what the wiki is telling me [nevermind]

lib/DbaDatabase.php:54: Fatal[256]: dba_open(/home/judd/public_html/db/wiki_pagedb.gdbm,w): Driver initialization failed for handler: gdbm: Can't be writer

    * file: /home/judd/public_html/db/wiki_pagedb.gdbm

    * handler: gdbm

Is this something that will fix itself?  It get it from two different computers on two different ISPs.  If that makes a difference.

heh. upon closer inspection, it looks like it is the database driver that uses files...hence locking issues.
is that dbm or dba? Can't recall.

I'm just curious, does this "problem" occur in long spells for others? Refreshing the browser usually does not work for me. Typically, the "outage" will last about 30 minutes to an hour, then start working again.

Perhaps it's just me. I'm used to being an oddball smile

Actually, after I posted that it worked, it broke again.  So I don't know.  Maybe you live on the same street as I do.

Re: Look what the wiki is telling me [nevermind]

clicking eg. http://wiki2.archlinux.org/index.php/General%20info or http://wiki2.archlinux.org/index.php/HOWTOs
gives me:

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: file_passwd in /home/judd/public_html/lib/WikiUserNew.php on line 2122

seems to be realy down now
