GNOME problems with SAMBA and USB Memory

hello again ... to see someone can tell me what happens with GNOME, Samba first before running it was only a matter of "smb://any-ip" and already opened the dialogue for user and pass, now gives me a message "that is not find the specified server" I thought it was the network and after uninstalling the previous version everything was back pearls and an update of the error, on the other side is to mount the USB memory barely even recognizes the mountains ... .. I have reviewed these changes and nothing .... somebody could shed some light??
