Pule+Pidgin -> crash

When running Pidgin I sometimes get this (the last sound plays but then it crashes)
niklas@pluto ~ % pidgin
Assertion '!in_worker(m)' failed at pulse/thread-mainloop.c:161, function pa_threaded_mainloop_stop(). Aborting.

I'm running up to date x86_64, since it seems the Archlinux bug tracker doesn't track community packages I figured it would be best to ask here for recommendations.
