Xorg 1.8 and Genius UC-LOGIC Tablet WP5540U

Hello, work someone with type tablet type on xorg 1.8?
I follow this instructions (http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=786420), but this don't help me.
Xorg hot-plug feature have be on, or off ?
