I expected to see what you've shown (similar to vimperator) but your solution doesn't work. There is no input_hinting_mode.js on my whole system.

you have to get that script either from pwmt.org or use one of portix's script or bernacher's script from a few pages back.

Portix's latest hinting script can always be found from following link: http://bitbucket.org/portix/stuff/raw/t … 2_hints.js

Re: jumanji - a web browser

Jumanji is the best browser I had. But there is one problem. It is a download scrypt. Wget does not always work well when downloading files from various websites. In the Web browser dwb exists a very good script. Does anyone have something similar?

Re: jumanji - a web browser

Wow, this project looks amazing. I'm just wondering about two things:

1) Where do I put my jumanjirc? There are so many references to the file, but none to its location! smile
2) I can't get hinting to work. I've found many scripts offering hinting support in this thread, ":source"d them in Jumaji and it still doesn't work. Is there a common newbie mistake I might have made?

Re: jumanji - a web browser

1. Try ~/.config/jumanji/jumanjirc

Re: jumanji - a web browser

Thanks for a great browser. I've been enjoying it for ~2 weeks now. I already used zathura as my main pdf-viewer, jumanji makes my desktop more complete.

Is it possible to use an external editor to enter text? I can't find anything in the man-page.

Re: jumanji - a web browser

Alright, I'm finally going to ask after using jumanji for months. How do I permanantly enable flash? Is there something I need to put into my jumanjirc?

It's probably staring me right in the face...

set plugin_blocker false

If you look for something simple try to look in config.def.h ... all the commands and configs currently supported by jumanji are described.

Ah, thank you. I did not associate that option with my problem until now. smile

Re: jumanji - a web browser

I just started using jumanji, and I love it. For me it strikes a nice balance between simplicity, ease of understanding and customization, while being packaged in a sane way.

One issue, though: It seems to clear cookies much to fast. I tend to check the "keep me logged in" box in most places, but it looses the login on most sites in a matter of hours. Looking at the cookies file, the expire-time seems to be way in the future, as I expected from other browsers hanging on to the cookies for much longer.

Any ideas about why this is?

I really need help smile

You dont have to rename the file, you have to load the script file through the rc file by writing into your ~/.config/jumanji/jumanjirc: "script full_path_to_file"

Hello,

Enable "developer_extras" (:set developer_extras true) and you can right click on an element and inspect it.

Are you sure about that? I'm playing a hulu show right now. Are you running 64-bit?

Thanks the quick response.
My another questions are the bookmarklet integration and the custom bokkmark names.

Hmm... weird. Same set-up, but it works fine for me. What's your jumanjirc look like?
