TURs read this, please

is there any tur who could upload dssi-vst to his repo? dp does not want to upload it because, though dssi-vst is open source, for compilation it requires vst headers, and vst headers are non-free.

dssi-vst is a great tool for musicians.

Please, be comprehensive.
