Hello everyone.
I'm afraid there's no option to split pedal axis for wheels (for example mine: Logitech Inc. WingMan Formula Force GP) in current Linux kernel out of the box. jstest detects only 2 axes (one for wheel and second combined axis for pedals).
[dobo@arch ~]$ jstest /dev/input/js0
Joystick (Logitech Inc. WingMan Formula Force GP) has 2 axes and 6 buttons. Driver version is 2.1.0.
Testing ... (interrupt to exit)
Axes: 0: 0 1: 0 Buttons: 0:off 1:off 2:off 3:off 4:off 5:off ^C
[dobo@arch ~]$
I found a kernel patch for kernel 2.4.20 (http://www.zefix.tv/gpl_linux/logitechm … xxis.patch). Is it possible to port it for kernel branch 2.6?
Or maybe there's another option to split axis?
