When I run the command:
sudo pm-suspend --quirk-vbe-post
It suspends properly for about 5 seconds, and then it wakes up again. When it does resume it does it perfectly. This problem started just after a system update.
pm-utils 1.4.0-1
kernel26 2.6.34.1-1
And here is /var/log/pm-suspend.log

Does downgrading solve your issue?
And are you sure you have the right ACPI modules loaded?
Offline
Downgrading does indeed solve the problem. Thanks.
