I bought this Netbook a few days ago, here's it's specs: http://www.linlap.com/wiki/msi+wind12+u230
So, I thought, why not installing Arch Linux on this?
When I go xinit on my non-root user, the screen changes to black, and restart returning at boot the error:
A Hyper Tarnsport sync flood error occurred on last boot.
I have installed Arch according to "Beginner's Guide" (actually it's not the first time I insall Arch but I always use the same reference as for steps of installing).
I tried whithout Xorg.conf, and Xorg.conf instead. I really don't know what to do from here on, I've been looking for this error and it seems that it's an error caused when AMD processors (not sure if only AMD anyway) are working under heavy 3-D process(?). I really don't understand much about microprocessors so don't think this would help.
If there's any log I could upload for you to help me, I'll.
I posted the same thing in laptop issues, but now that I think about it this is a more specific area to post it. Sorry for that.
EDIT: I created an entry on the wiki about this, you can found it here.

Maybe they're overheating. Check the temperature, are the fans working OK?

I found out that it's a problem whit the xf86-video-radeonhd drivers, now I'm using xf86-video-ati and it doesn't reboot, but still can't startx (beacose of other errors that I'm trying to work out).
Thanks a lot anyway, and thanks to MrElending from the irc.

Read the wiki, ATI drivers are a bit complicated.

I've made it work under the xf86-video-ati drivers and by using KMS (http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/ATI … _.28KMS.29).
The netbook I am workink on is an MSI Wind12 U230 .
