Failed to mount sda3

everytime I boot I get an error on device sda3 and it says failed to mount. Then after bailing out you are on your own.

then after can't access tty. and it looks like I can type but I notice all usb is turned off and I can't type with my keyboard.

I need help please.

you don't explain if sda3 is internal/external and what kind of data it contains (systen=m files, home. data ?).

Nevertheless I suggest either to boot into single user mode, or to use a live CD to inspect your disks.

Probably you are using grub, and on the grub  menu you can edit the kernel line, just hang a "1" at the end, this will boot
into single user.

With a live CD you can mount your disks or use utilities like gparted to find out more information.

and it is internal that contains the system files required for boot.
