exaile and rhythmbox, dont detect audio CDs

hey guys! I'm using Sound Juicer to copy my music CDs, which normally would with rhythmbox. I've seen some topics where help accomplish this task for lack of libs, but I sure do not! brasero installed, sound juice, and other related libs support this.
The problem is that the rhythm does not "see" more audio CDs. He behaves as if there was no cd in the driver! The exaile also is no longer detecting the cds. But the Totem and Sound Juicer, can detect the CD.

some idea of what can be?
