Create virtual line to route music over Mangler or Skype

I was wondering if someone knows how to make a virtual "Line" in Pulseaudio or ALSA so I can have Amarok play over  that virtual output and use that as a input for Mangler.  This way I can broadcast music over it for my Pathfinder game.
