broadcom-wl keeps dropping...?

i'm not sure what changed, but my broadcom-wl (4322) card keeps dropping its connection now. it'll associate with my access point, but within 5-10 minutes it will lose the connection. iwconfig says it's no longer associated, and i have to remove and reload the module before i can get it to work again.

here's my everything.log:
