ALSA snd-hda-intel issues

Hi!

So, i have just set up my Arch Linux, used a long time setting up wireless networking and sound and all.

I have this weird issue with ALSA.
Basically, it plays sound(i have to go into Volume Control and un-mute PCM manually first), but when i stop playing sound(i.e pause spotify, change track) PCM mutes itself, and i have to go to Volume Control and un-mute it manually all the time!

This problem is really getting on my nerves, so i hoped you guys could help me out

Flash player also makes no sound, i use Arch Linux 64-bit, installed flash player with nspluginwrapper-flash.
