I don't know this is a bad idea, but I ran nspluginwrapper -v -a -i as root, by mistake, and flash seems to be working system wide for me.

You should add an optdepends line with lib32-alsa-plugins.
People using pulseaudio will need that package so the sound output goes through pulse.

Also consider adding lib32-libflashsupport-oss to the optdepends line for people using OSSv4.

@piezoelectric: When you run nspluginwrapper -v -a -i, it tells you where it's putting the plugin. I don't recall what it said. But it looks like it's in /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins, npwrapper.libflashplayer.so and libflashplayer.so.

@sunai not to be rude (although I bet it sounds rude) never, the next release that adobe releases x64 is in coming later (if you belive adobe) and later isn't vary explanitory.

Have you tried doing it 'manually' - i.e. downloading the packages from AUR + running "makepkg -sic" ?

If you fancy trying - I do it all the time, and I run Opera - you'll need this one first:

Close Opera & install it, and then install this one:

Open Opera and there you go !

Fix the permissions and it should work.

P.S.: und mit nem "export LANG=en_EN.UTF-8" (bzw us) am anfang wirds auch international verständlicher

For people with the same proble, here is the solution!!

Run as root the following:

chmod 755 /usr/lib/mozilla/

And as normal user:

yaourt -S nspluginwrapper-debian
yaourt -S nspluginwrapper-flash
nspluginwrapper -v -r ~/.mozilla/plugins/npwrapper.libflashplayer.so
nspluginwrapper -v -a -i
