Hi,

The Win764bit driver also does not work....
i do not found my driver in the wiki ? What shall i do??

Your wifi interface is wlan0, not eth0. Having an ethernet interface in a VM is up to the VM configuration.
BTW, that package is now owned by linux-firmware, which owns a lot other firmware

Well, the problem seems to be that your card isn't associated to the access point after the first command... was the interface up at that time?
You could also try netcfg to configure your network: http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Netcfg

I just did this the other day. Add this to your modules in /etc/rc.conf.
!rt2800usb !rt2x00usb !rt2x00lib
Worked for me.
