Makefile Error [ in NS2 ]

Hi,

I've been trying to install ns2 on arch for the past week. Did a lot of googling. Edited a lot of files. But I'm stuck at a makefile error, which I simply cannot make sense of. I was hoping someone here could just guide me along where the error lies.

The error I obtain is when the particular make function of ns package is done.

make: *** No rule to make target ` ', needed by `ns'.  Stop.
Ns make failed!

This is more of a makefile error than anything. Would be really grateful If someone could help me out.

I don't know if line 175 is relevant, but it does look a bit out of place:

./install: line 561: cd: ./ns-2.34: No such file or directory

Ermm ... Sorry but that was my feeble attempt to change something. It does not have any significance. I added a change to the directory so that the makefile could be located exactly .

I've edited the output code accordingly.
