Compilation of Taucs under Arch Linux 64

Hi Forum 

There is this package, Taucs, http://www.tau.ac.il/~stoledo/taucs/

Which i fail to build under Arch...  there are two tared files, one with some libraries already bundled, http://www.tau.ac.il/~stoledo/taucs/2.2/taucs_full.tgz

and another one only with sources, http://www.tau.ac.il/~stoledo/taucs/2.2/taucs.tgz

I am trying to build an application with Taucs library, but using the "full" version yelds an error, since the precompiled external libs are for 32 bits ... So i need to build the thingie using the "source-only" version.

This needs blas lapack and metis, I already built those in a separated source tree, and point to them in my taucs makefile, but somehow, building taucs, fails...

Does anybody has any experience with this...?
