p7zip upgrade failed

Wow, well first things first i want to say thanks to the arch team for all their stellar work. I hadn't been unable to upgrade my system for a while (a month maybe) due to wonky nvidia-173xx drivers. Today i could finally upgrade my system again, so i yaourt -Syu'd and was greeted with 133 packages that needed upgrading. Needless to say my bum was twitching!
So anyhow, the only package that has given me any problems out of all those packages is p7zip. Here's the error output -

resolving dependencies...
looking for inter-conflicts...

Targets (1): p7zip-9.13-2

Total Download Size: 0.00 MB
Total Installed Size: 5.04 MB

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
p7zip: /usr/lib/mc/extfs.d/u7z exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

Any suggestions as to how i can sort this?
