Unable to upgrade with Pacman -Syu

Error:

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
linux-firmware: /lib/firmware/iwlwifi-3945-2.ucode exists in filesystem

I tried ignoring the linux-firmware group and it gives the same error.
