Compiling seamonkey from ABS fails

I keep trying to compile Seamonkey from ABS and it keeps failing at this point:

nsIconChannel.cpp:44:31: fatal error: libgnome/libgnome.h: No such file or directory

Yet, libgnome is installed and up-to-date on my system, and libgnome.h is present and intact here:

/usr/include/libgnome-2.0/libgnome/libgnome.h

Is there something wrong with my system?  It seems from here that others are able to compile seamonkey just fine.  Any ideas?  Thanks!
