2.6.35 & software suspend

Hello.

I'm using a self baked 2.6.34 kernel at the moment (but 2.6.34-arch also works) and there are no problems with software suspend;
I've tried 2.6.35 since rc2, but software suspend is not working, also not with 2.6.35-arch in testing:

If I go to suspend (kde4) the moon symbol starts blinking (thinkpad x200), the display goes black, but the cpu does not stop working (cpu fan). There is no log entry (but maybe I try to watch the log what happens via ssh). From this state only a hard shutdown (press and hold power key) helps.

Any experience with that?

Re: 2.6.35 & software suspend

bug appeared early in 35-rcX
this is not arch issue.
I think that since intel video users can't reliably suspend OS anymore and this is as it seems a new setup, kernel devs decided to get on the same bandwagon nvidia users too. So now nobody can use suspend function.

suspend2ram working here with 2.6.35 - pm-utils with uswsusp backend, ati graphics. I haven't tried suspend2disk yet as I don't use it.

<edit>suspend2disk also working.

Same problem here on a thinkpad x200. It's a known regression:

@karol: the bug report you posted is about suspend2disk and not about suspend2ram.
