Zattoo vs. nvidia? [partly solved]

Hallo world!

I've got problem with the tv-watching program Zattoo, and this seems also has s.th. to do with my desktop 256MB nvidia-card; ntl it played well on my former laptop, which had only an 32MB intel-gfx-card. -- When starting Zattoo as standalone, it always crashes at once. I get it started only with surfing to its homepage in a browser. In firefox, sound works flawlessly, but the pictures are jerky and freeze after a few minutes with the sound going on. In opera, it is like a slide-show and sound is also abrupting. Reinstalling Zattoo wouldn't help.

I'm using the propriety nvidia-driver and X with evdev. So here's my nvidia-section in xorg.conf:

Section "Device"
    Identifier "Card0"
    Driver "nvidia"
    VendorName "nVidia Corporation"
    BoardName "NV44A [GeForce 6200]"
    Option "RenderAccel" "true"
     Option "AddARGBVisuals" "true"
     Option "AddARGBGLXVisuals" "true"
    Option "NoLogo" "true"
        Option "Coolbits" "1"
      Option "XAANoOffscreenPixmaps" "true"
    Option "DPMS" "false"
    Option "TripleBuffer" "true"
    Option "DamageEvents" "true"
    Option "AllowSHMPixmaps" "0"
    Option "NvAGP" "1"
EndSection

-- don't know if there are 'wrong' or missing options in it.

But maybe there's nothing wrong with xorg.conf. -- When updating Xulrunner recently, there was an error like:

Xulrunner: error: Could not determine actual working directory

I don't know what that means and could not remember getting this one on my laptop.
I'm not quite sure at all. It could be nvidia, Xulrunner (<--> flash-plugin) or whatever.

So, any ideas how to fix this?

Edit: And I'm talking about the normally shown small screen, not the stretched or fullscreen one!

Re: Zattoo vs. nvidia? [partly solved]

I finally got Zattoo as webkit to work by replacing openjdk with jre. smile
The performance of the small screen is, say, 'fairly bearable'; those of the stretched and full screens are from 'soso' to 'slide show'.

The issues when watching it in other browsers remain, however.

Doesn't anybody has got a hint how to make Z. work faster...? Seems not to be a question of internet connection speed though (see old laptop/post #1).
