Wheres the pacman closest mirror script?

I remember a time when Jud asked to use a perl script to find the closes mirror so we could decrease the server bandwidth usage.

Does anyone know if this still exists? i was thinking i might have a good use for the extra K/s that a closer mirror might give me.
