ANY method of calibrating/syncing audio with video?

Hi all. First of all, here's the problem:

I play a lot of Jamlegend, but I was forced to "stop" playing for a while since I'm running Linux for now. Flash and audio works flawlessly and without lags, however, there's a slight problem with audio/video sync on flash. And yes, I tried playing on different songs.

I have Firefox, ALSA, an Intel AGP, A Celeron, etc. Latest of everything.

Does anyone know any method of syncing audio and video per application? I can't play properly even with a problem that's very very minor.

When I play a HD mp4 on my old PC I use mplayer with autosyncing every 30s, but I don't think it will work for Jamlegend - as you say, each app has it's own way of doing it.

I mean, I just want to "delay" the audio and the video so I could sync it. Any way of doing that? I'll check if I could do this with a plugin for FF.
