Autodesk Problems

I'm trying to pull out some text from a table that have been stuck to the end of autocad drawings.  (I'd post an example, but I'd have to get permission to do so first)

There's a pdf2line program in the AUR I was thinking about using after I got it into PDF format, but I'd need some way to convert them or print them to do so.  (Parsing out the text I get back from that will be awful I'm sure, but I'm just looking for anything at this point)

I need to do this programmatically if at all possible.  Anyone have any ideas?

What dow you mean: "stuck to the end of autocad drawings"?
Do you mean it's embedded in the dwg? Or is it part of a pdf that contains a CAD drawing and a table?
