USB wifi adapter sometimes won't work properly after reboot [solved]

Sometimes it (WPN111) boots and everything is working. Other times I boot and it isn't working. Reloading ndiswrapper results in this error.

ndiswrapper (NdisWriteErrorLogEntry:190): log: C0001391, count: 4, return_address: f86d3e8c
ndiswrapper (NdisWriteErrorLogEntry:193): code: 0xf687fe00

ndiswrapper (mp_init:219): couldn't initialize device: C0000001
ndiswrapper (pnp_start_device:435): Windows driver couldn't initialize the device (C0000001)
ndiswrapper (mp_halt:262): device f69fa440 is not initialized - not halting
ndiswrapper: device eth%d removed
ndiswrapper: probe of 1-6:1.0 failed with error -22

If it isn't working after boot it'll work only if I remove it, reload ndiswrapper, then plug it back in. Has anyone seen something like this before? Is there any way I can mess around w/ the order the uhci_hcd and ndiswrapper modules load?

Edit- Found the problem. Whenever linux restarts the device doesn't have the power cut and it won't reinitialize. If I shutdown, and then restart, the power is cut and it's fine.
