Where to download gcc to recompile ?

Hello, please where from to download gcc to recompile and create archlinux package ? Actually, are there predefined scripts in Archlinux that would "archify" the source, similar to .dsc and .diff.gz in Debian ? There is nothing in AUR since the gcc is already in "core". I know I can compile gcc myself, but that's not the option I am asking about. Thank you.
