Joystick-related installed things:
-joymouse (from AUR)
-xf86-input-joystick
The main problem is that I can't configure Xorg through /etc/X11/xorg.conf, (I am using a EeePC1000 and only works with HAL), so that's my problem.

Your English is just fine. Sadly, I am an English only speaker -- I admire those who research technical subjects in other than their native language.
It sounds like you are going to need to create a .fdi file for your joystick and place it in /etc/hal/fdi/policy/
I could not find a sample on which to build on my system. Because you installed some joystick packages, you may have a prototype .fdi file for a joystick on your system. Try something like locate .fdi | grep joy
If you cannot find a sample file, you might look on the Web, or you might try modifying something like 11-x11-synaptics.fdi
edit: fixed typo

Now I'm frustrated. One week searching for the f*ck*ng .fdi and nothing.
It's really what I need?

The only packages from a 'yaourt -Qs joy' I get are...
local/joyutils 1.2.15-2
jscal, jstest, and jsattach utilities for the linux joystick driver
local/qjoypad 4.1.0-1
Trigger keystrokes and mouse actions with gamepads/joysticks
testing/xf86-input-joystick 1.5.0-3 (xorg-input-drivers)
X.Org Joystick input driverAnd my joystick works fine. I don't know if, not being able to configure through Xorg, this would work for you though. Not sure.

The truth is that I can't configure Xorg through any method. When I did it, Xorg simply displays a beautiful black screen.
So I will try if installing ALL of this pkgs works.
Thank you kittykatt.
OMG! Your xf86-input-joystick is from testing, not from extra.
BTW: SFME.
SFME = sorry for my english
