PCMCIA Z-Com XI-325HP not detected

Hi,
I have a Wifi pcmcia card: Z-Com XI-325HP and wanted to use it with my Thinkpad R61
Looks like this one: http://thewifishop.net/index.php?_a=vie … 46&catId=0
The problem is that it's not detected by the system, the LEDs are not blinking, the wlan0/eth0 interface didn't show up.

From what I found it's based on Prism 2.5 chipset and it's has 16bit bus.
I tried to load several different modules: hostap_cs, orinoco_cs, serial_cs.
I also tried running /lib/udev/pcmcia-socket-startup manually.

pccardctl tool is not very helpful:

# pccardctl ls
Socket 0 Bridge:        [yenta_cardbus]         (bus ID: 0000:15:00.0)
# pccardctl info
PRODID_1=""
PRODID_2=""
PRODID_3=""
PRODID_4=""
MANFID=0000,0000
FUNCID=255
# pccardctl ident
Socket 0:
  no product info available
# pccardctl status
Socket 0:
  no card

Other commands I checked:

# lspcmcia
Socket 0 Bridge:        [yenta_cardbus]         (bus ID: 0000:15:00.0)
# hwdetect --show-modules|grep PCMCIA
PCMCIA : pcmcia_core pcmcia_rsrc yenta_socket
# lshwd | grep -i pcmcia
# lspci | grep -i pcmcia
