Hej!
I just wanted to give Quakelive a new try on my laptop with a gma4500 graphics card. But when entering the game i noticed that my frames stuck around 60. So I was wondering, does anyone know how to disable VSync with the above mentioned intel drivers?
Thx

I already added swapbuffers wait to my xorg, but nothing changed. Cant get more than 60 fps out of either glxgears, quakelive or openarena

no solution for this?

What is the problem with 60 fps? Your screen won't show you more frames no matter how fast it is rendered.
But you can set the variable vblank_mode=0.
Another possibility is with driconf "Synchronization with vertical refresh".

Hi, I have this problem too, but vblank_mode=0 not working
~$ sudo vblank_mode=0 glxgears
