First, I recomment these packages:
# pacman -S cairo-ubuntu fontconfig-ubuntu freetype2-ubuntu libxft-ubuntu
For your problem try this:
# pacman -R xorg-fonts-75dpi xorg-fonts-100dpi
Hope this helps.

Your screenshot looks OK to me.
In any event, please read the Forum Etiquette on How To Post:
especially the bit about providing helpful information like your .conf files and not using terms like help! in the title...
Have you followed the wiki Font configuration article? Working through the steps described there in detail will almost always lead to a satisfactory result.

Did you follow the link I posted? In the first post of that topic you have a potential solution.

Wrong. It looks perfectly OK. Everything is vertically-aligned nicely.
So, what is your problem?

enito: three people have now expressed the view that your fonts look fine - saying that "space in menus is like not aligned or something" is neither helpful nor accurate.
Please post an accurate description of the problem --not more screenshots-- or mark the thread as solved.

Yeah, that looks bad. You're the guy who messaged me on the Gentoo forum, right?
There's several variants of the Terminus font, some are bitmap, and some are Truetype. The custom ~/.fonts.conf that I often publicize specifically disables bitmap fonts - because bitmap fonts generally look awful.
Why do you persist in trying to use such a low-quality font? As I already told you privately, you're being ridiculously vague about which variant of the Terminus font you're using - there's several variants. Provide a URL to the file(s) that you're using - that's specific, and actually useful.
Here's a big hint: use a decent font! Here's some decent, free fonts.
