inkscape trouble

where can i find this dependencies?

and additionally all text objects in inkscape look funny.

opening a plain SVG (w3c namespace) doc in inkscape and sodipodi it looks like this:

(left: inkscape, right:sodipodi)

any idea why text is shown that strange in inkscape?

I googled and I found that this problem has been reported on the inkscape mailinglist. :? The Windows versions has this problem.  The first two errors are about the missing programs skconvert and wmf2svg
