Upgrade kernel 2.6.34 -> 2.6.35 breaks radeon KMS

Today I've upgraded my Arch, and with upgrades came kernel 2.6.35. After reboot there were no 3D kwin desktop effects available anymore. I ran glxinfo and found out that direct rendering is enabled. Then I ran glxgears and it worked at only 56 FPS, and before upgrade it worked at more than 1000 FPS.

Then I booted with nomodeset kernel option and 3d effects worked again, but with flickering (as was expected, because without KMS there is no DRI2).

Does anyone else have such problem? My graphics card is ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 (RV530), and driver is xf86-video-ati 6.13.1-1.

Downgrading to kernel 2.6.34 solved the problem. I've put now packages kernel26 and kernel26-headers to IgnorePkg list in pacman.conf until the problem is fixed.

Where can I officially report this bug? Is this the right place? I've also mentioned the problem at Chakra Project Forums.
