[SOLVED]Networking wl

My computer requires the wl driver, and it was hopelessly flipping interfaces, so I applied the solution found on the wiki. Now I have no internets and I am not sure what I did wrong. iwconfig shows lo and eth0-eth1 with no other information.

Re: [SOLVED]Networking wl

can you post the output of ifconfig -a and the contents of the udev rules file you created?

Re: [SOLVED]Networking wl

if you applied the solution to the interface switching, then you must no know what interface is your wireless interface.

could you please tell us how you connect, typically? Do you, for instance, use networkmanager? wicd?

perhaps you could post your rc.conf and the output of this command:

dmesg

Re: [SOLVED]Networking wl

Thanks for the replies, although I think it was solved by removing an erroneous entry of wl in daemons in rc.conf and adding lib80211_crypt_tkip beforehand. I use wicd for my network
