[SOLVED] Can't connect to network printer... [KDE4]

I have an Arch server that is used as a variety of things, including a CUPS print server. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to connect to this via KDE4.

The print server works -- I'm able to print from a Windows XP computer in the house (using SAMBA I think). So I think the problem is the KDE4 client. This is as far as I've gotten:

System Settings > Printer Configuration > New Printer > New Network Printer. The only option available on the left side is "Other" with the text box saying "Enter Device URI". I'm not sure what to do exactly.

Do I need to have any services running on the client? Do i need to download some packages that I may have missed?

EDIT: I went ahead and started the CUPS service on the client... OpenOffice & friends was able to detect the printer immediately! It's like magic! I love Linux.
