inpossible updete

hi!
man, here is the very simple thing : I just can't do pacman -Suy
..it allways saids that system is updated and "there is nothing to do"
I did the last update approx. 3 months ago..
what it could be?
repositories are allowed

Change your pacman mirrors. Also, use the search function.

have you check your mirror list against https://www.archlinux.de/?page=MirrorStatus

- uncomment some mirrors in /etc/pacman/mirrorlist , then pacman -Syu

Also, force pacman to use the new mirrors "pacman -Syy".
